Single stands. With our single stands, you can produce a broad spectrum of aluminum strip with various alloys and in different dimensions. All our stands – whether two-high, four-high or six-high designs – impress with high flexibility and reliability.

Tandem mills. If you specialize in a single product – e.g. strip for cans – our multi-stand tandem mills are the ideal solution for you.

Favorable investment and operating costs as well as high productivity are the main benefits. Our fully continuous tandem mills are designed for especially high demands in terms of yields. This solution features a welding machine that produces endless strip before entry into the mill, and a “flying” shear arranged after the rolling process to cut the strip into individual coils again.

All our plants are equipped with actuators that help you produce aluminum strip with flawless surfaces, minimal thickness tolerances, and excellent flatness. Included in this package is our patented CVC^® plus technology, hydraulic adjustment, work andintermediate roll bending, and multi-zone cooling as well as our HS system for horizontal stabilization of the roll set. An additional technological highlight for thin strip rolling is our special SCR backup roll.
