Complete product program. We supply tailor-made all-inclusive solutions for all process stages of aluminum strip or foil refining. The range covers refining lines for degreasing, pickling, anodizing, and conversion coating, continuous heat treatment lines, lines for organic coating, lines to process lithographic strip into printing plates for the graphics industry and every kind of finishing and packing plant.

Exemplary solutions. Typical of the capability of our solutions is the anodizing plant we built for the German subsidiary of Belgian company Coil S.A. On this plant, the aluminum strip undergoes a continuous process in a single line, during which it is cleaned, pickled, anodized, dyed, and sealed. The high level of automation with corresponding process models means it takes just two people at two control desks to operate the entire plant.
