MORGOIL® roll-neck bearings. CSP® plants integrate casting and rolling processes in a single production line, so preventing stoppages is a high priority. A single defective roll bearing can bring production to a complete standstill because there is no option of switching to alternative plants. Simple principle, huge effect. All MORGOIL® bearings are based on the same principle. A film of oil prevents contact between the metal surfaces of the roll neck and the bearing. This design has steadily been optimized and refined so that MORGOIL® bearings exactly tailored to the special demands of various types of rolling mill are available today.
