Effective purification. Vacuum filters are used to purify cooling lubricants in rolling mills. They stand out for their compact design and simple structure, plus they require very little maintenance.

Method of operation. The contaminated cooling lubricant collects in the vacuum filter collection container. The filter bottom, either a slotted screen or a perforated panel, provides the base on which the filter membrane rests. Filter pumps create a vacuum in the filtrate extraction chamber underneath the filter bottom. Then, when the set vacuum level is achieved, the filter is regenerated and a scraping conveyor transports the used filter paper and the filter cake out of the machine.
