No over- or under-pickling with X-Pact®. Our technological process model for turbulence pickling lines optimizes the temperature and the turbulence of the pickling medium. The pickling model calculates the maximum possible strip speed at minimum consumption. It prevents under-pickling and reduces over-pickling for different product mixes. Due to the exact material tracking, it reports the current product-dependentsetpoint values for the pickling process to the individual controls of the partial areas. That means the plant is perfectly tuned to the process. Process visualization and quality data evaluation give you all the information you need on the process status.
