Tension levelers. Our tension levelers are available for hot and cold strip. Either way, they achieve surface flatness that meets extremely exacting demands. The flying changeover of the bending cassettes results in a high yield. And that’s not all: you also benefit from energy-saving operation and precise tensioncontrol.

ASC trimming shear. This innovative machine design (ASC = Automatic Setting Control) enables you to change the knife head and scrap chopper in just 60 seconds – without switching off or decelerating the plant. And there’s no need for any adjustments after changing the knives. It’s obvious that this substantial reduction in stoppages results in significant cost advantages. Needless to say, the ASC trimming shear provides excellent and reliable cutting quality whether, used for thin or thick strip.

IPR double cross-cutting shear. The IPR (Integrated Pinch Roll) double cross-cutting shear features a free-of-play cutting system with swivel joints. The machine is robust and easy to maintain. What`s more, its special design means it works quickly yet at low cost. Large openings facilitate strip feeding, and the integrated pinch roll automatically ejects scrap consisting of short strip ends.

PAR brushing machine. The name (PAR = Pneumatically Adjusted Roll) says it all, because the pneumatic brush roll adjustment makes additional hydraulics superfluous. Equally simple and convincing is the brush roll replacement in just 15 minutes. Furthermore, you can use this versatile device as a washing brush or as a lightly abrasive brushing machine with the added advantage of reproducible brush roll adjustment.

Deflector roll. How do you redirect steel strip into a horizontal plane quickly, without vibrations and without damaging the strip? Using our deflector roll with special, durable support rolls for strip surface protection. It is simple to integrate into existing plants and the replacement of complete roll cassettes makes it easy to maintain.

Stitching machines. If you want to run strip processing lines in a continuous process, you must feed them with practically endless strip. That’s where our stitchers come in. Their special technique ensures flat yet secure stitched joins – at record speed.
