To improve the deep-drawing quality of strip steel, the strips undergo electrolytic tin-plating. Due to its numerous positive properties, the resulting tin plate is a leading packaging material. It is used e.g. for food and beverage cans or for cans of chemical products. Tin plate is eco-friendly because it can be completely recycled.
Depending on your requirements, our electrolytic tin plating lines coat your strip with tin in the same or different thicknesses on each side. Naturally, our systems precisely monitor and control the thickness of the tin layers. And the same goes for the entire production process, which guarantees non-stop operation along with high plant performance and product quality.
