You can only cost-effectively produce cold strip in the long term when the capacity and therefore the costs of your rolling mill match your annual production.

400,000 t. The ideal solution for a capacity of up to 400,000 t are our single-stand reversing mills:

  CVC4® and CVC6® stands offer you a wide range for attaining various strip widths, thicknesses and qualities.

Due to their small work roll diameters, 20-roll mills apply especially high rolling forces. That’s why they are used to roll stainless steel and Si grades.  

  800,000 t. Our Compact Cold Mills (CCM®) efficiently close the capacity gap between single-stand reversing plants and highly productive cold tandem mills. The two-stand CCM®s optimize both investment and operating costs for capacities up to 800,000 t per year.

Precision at any quantity. Irrespective of your production quantity, our modern adjustment systems such as hydraulic adjustment, CVC® plus and HS stabilization meet your high quality demands while giving you enormous flexibility. Together with our automation, they ensure all our reversing plants achieve minimum thickness deviations and perfect cold strip flatness. Our robust mill design in modular form guarantees easy repairs plus low operating and maintenance costs.
