Pure coolant lubricants prolong the service life of your cooled and lubricated machine tools. That’s why a filter plant is a worthwhile investment in the future, both economically and ecologically. Here are some examples to give you an idea of the numerous options we offer you – always perfectly geared to your equipment.

Automatic band filters. Our automatic band filters rank among the most reliable filter technologies in rolling mills, mechanical engineering, and the chemical industry. Our engineers have succeeded in using pneumatically activated flaps to ensure the filter band is sealed on all sides as it progresses through the filtering plant. That increases both reliability and filtering performance. Here’s how the facility works. The contaminated liquid is channeled through the filter band on the filter band table. As soon as a pre-selected filter resistance is reached, the liquid inflow is stopped and compressed air is introduced. The impurities the band filters out dry into filter cake, then the band automatically conveys the filter cake away and a scraper plate removes it. Finally, the cleaned liquid goes into the clean tank and can be fed back to the machines.

Vacuum filters. This is a compact and low-cost type of filter that collects contaminated cooling lubricant in a collection tank. Next, the lubricant is channeled through a filter membrane lying on a slotted screen or a perforated plate. There is a scraper to clean the filter, and the filter cake is pre-dried. The plant can be used for individual supply, group supply, or central supply.
